  1. To make aloo beans sabzi recipe, heat oil in a deep pan, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafoetida and onions.
  2. Sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few seconds.
  3. Add tomatoes and potatoes, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Add french beans, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander cumin seeds powder, garam masala, amchur powder and salt to taste.
  5. Mix well and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes. Add 1 cup hot water and mix well.
  6. Cover and cook on a medium flame for 15 to 20 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve aloo beans sabzi hot garnished with coriander.
